Adam M. Fanj, Club House Manager
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tulsa in finance and management. His 25 year background of Country Club Management includes positions at the prestigious Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, as well as several other clubs in Kansas and Illinois. Adam brings experience and energy to assure our members and guests the highest quality of food and service.
Francisco Rovelo, Executive Chef
After earning a degree in Food Sanitation, Francisco began his culinary experience working in various positions at the Bryn Mawr Country Club in Lincolnwood, Illinois. He then advanced his career becoming the Executive Chef at Miridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis as well as holding the same Executive position at both Highland Park and Ravinia Country Clubs. McHenry Country Club has been most fortunate to have had Francisco in this creative position since 1994. He has mastered the art of preparing a variety of international cuisines, with specialties in French, American, and Italian dishes. A career veteran whose extensive experience and creative talents make the McHenry Country Club dining experience unique, Francisco has earned a reputation for excellence in his field.
Bill Humphres, Golf Course Superintendent
Course Superintendent William (Bill) Humphres came to McHenry Country Club in the capacity of Assistant Superintendent in 1995. He studied at Rutgers University where he was awarded a degree in Turf Management in 2000. Shortly after earning his degree, the McHenry Course Superintendency became available and Bill was an ideal choice to fill the position. He has been at the helm of the grounds department since 2001. Bill is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Midwest Golf Course Superintendents Association.
Scott Beaugureau, Head Golf Professional
The Golf Shop is managed by Head Professional Scott Beaugureau. Scott was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin in 1988 and joined the PGA of America immediately following graduation. Worthy of note is the fact that Scott qualified for and competed in the 1991 US Open at Hazeltine National Golf Club- a proud accomplishment for any amateur/professional. Scott worked as an Assistant Golf Pro at Biltmore Country Club from 1991 to 1996. He was elected to Class A PGA Membership in 1994 and became McHenry's Head Golf Professional in 1996.
