Equity

Equity membership provides full access to the golf course and clubhouse amenities for you and your immediate family. It allows you to enter all member golf tournaments, as well as providing your family members access to tournaments and events geared to them. This "vested" membership establishes you as a part owner of the club and entitles you to have a voice (through your Board of Directors) in all business of the club.

Our Equity initiation fee is $4,000 with a number of memberships limited. The time to act is now!

Junior

Junior membership is a vested membership for individuals between 18 and 36 years of age. This option is specifically sensitive to the needs of the younger family. Junior membership entitles you, your spouse and children access to the golf course and dining facility with few restrictions. We offer Junior Members a program to pay their initiation fee in installments over a period of several years. At age 36, Junior members pay the remainder of the initiation fee and become full Equity Members. This membership permits play in club tournaments as described in the Equity section above. Neither rights to the club's assets nor is voting privilege granted until full equity status has been achieved.

Social Memberships

Social Golf

The Social Golf membership is ideal for individuals who want to enjoy occasional golfing and the social amenities of a private club. It allows four rounds of golf per month between May 1st and September 30th for member and spouse. Golf is unlimited before May 1st and after September 30th. Social golfers have full access to the clubhouse amenities including general dining and special events. There are no rights of vested membership (ownership & vote). There is a $500.00 one time initiation fee and monthly obligations.

For the individual, family or business looking to enjoy McHenry’s finest dining experience on a regular basis, consider the McHenry Country Club Social Dining Membership. The ambiance of the tastefully decorated dining room and bar overlooking the scenic Fox River makes it a highly desirable social setting, and the talent and creativity of a veteran executive chef make every dining experience "at the club" exceptional! Enjoy full access to the Clubhouse amenities, general dining as well as numerous social events. Such events include Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch, a Fourth of July Celebration, Labor Day Cookouts, Thanksgiving, and a New Year’s Eve Party.
